hey, I've seen several threads that were exactly like the problem I'm having, but none of them that exactly match it. I was rebooting my computer and I couldn't get it to boot up, So I restarted it by holding the vitality button down until it shut off, Waiting 15 seconds followed by turning it back on. I was taken to the screen which says "Windows was improperly shut down" And given the options to reboot: low-risk Mode, Safe Mode }
